Duales Studium BWL - Risk and Insurance Management (m/w/d) (Bachelor of Arts)

Role Summary

You will complete your dual study program in a block model with practical phases at the R+V location in Stuttgart and theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart.

During the practical phases, you work in the various specialist areas, receive individual support and take on responsibility.

You will learn everything you need to know about insurance - from customer service to processing claims and benefit applications, as well as assessing individual risks and developing tailor-made insurance solutions.

This means you are optimally prepared for your future tasks, for example as a customer advisor (m/f/d) or claims adjuster (m/f/d).

During an internship in the field, you will gain additional practical experience in direct customer contact and gain an insight into the diverse tasks of our sales department.

Together with the other dual students, you will take part in seminars and workshops in which you will further develop your professional and personal skills.

• Good to very good (technical) high school diploma
• Interest in business contexts
• Team spirit, communication skills and joy in dealing with people
• Openness to digital tools and desire to learn new things
• Independent and structured way of working
