Role Summary

Reception of visitors

Creation and management of visitor passes

Receiving and forwarding telephone calls and notes

Post and parcel acceptance

Conscientious and independent way of working

Contact person for customers and visitors

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m

Requirements

• Driver's license and car
• IHK expertise test according to §34a GewO (SKP)
• Strong service orientation and well-groomed appearance
• Knowledge of English
• Experience in reception is an advantage
• Secure IT knowledge
• Current certificate of good conduct without entries
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (C1 desirable)
• Resident in Germany for at least 5 years
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

To work for our customer in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for security employees (m/f/d) with at least a skills test in accordance with §34a GewO at the Weimar location, for a limited period of one year with the option of extension

Full time: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m
