CAS | SR Business Systems Analyst

Lead the survey and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for critical and highly complex projects.

Write and ensure the quality of user stories, detailing requirements and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with systems architects to ensure proposed solutions meet the organization's long-term objectives.

Map and document relevant APIs, integrations, and technical contracts.

Map current flows (As-Is), identify bottlenecks and design optimized processes (To-Be) that maximize systems ROI.

Act as an internal consultant, managing expectations and clearly communicating project progress and risks.

Actively participate in the upstream, collaborating in the refinement and detailing of demands.

Oversee the creation of test plans and validate that technical delivery is strictly aligned with business needs.

Produce efficient documentation, focusing on what really adds value to the team.

Support the technical development of senior and junior analysts, disseminating good systems analysis practices.

Collaborate with PMs, Tech Leads, Agilistas and other team members to ensure quality deliveries.

Support in defining and detailing the scope of initiatives, contributing to estimates and predictability.

Participate in prioritization meetings, bringing relevant information about demands and impacts.

Create and detail user stories in Jira, ensuring clarity and alignment with product goals.

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in related interface functions between IT and Business.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Solid experience with SQL for data analysis and systems validation.

Proficiency in modeling tools (UML, BPMN, Lucidchart or Visio).

Knowledge of systems integration via APIs (REST/SOAP).

Proficiency in backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).

Knowledge of writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

Experience in upstream processes, refinement and prioritization of demands.

Ability to produce objective and useful documentation for the team.

Ease of working collaboratively with different profiles (product, technology, agility).

Organization and focus on priorities, knowing how to deal with multiple demands.

Proactivity to seek information, align expectations and propose improvements.

Critical thinking and complex problem solving.

Requirements
