Salary (90%) R$ 12,000.00 Complementary Benefit (10%) R$ 500.00 Mandatory Benefit R$ 858.00 Technical Consulting VII Hourly Value (Sales) R$ 179.60 Senior Systems AnalystPosition DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with solid experience in demand management, project management and acting as a technical reference and functional between the business and technology areas.The professional will be responsible for planning, monitoring and coordinating the entire software development cycle, ensuring the quality of deliveries, meeting deadlines and alignment between business needs and technological solutions.Main ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor the complete software development cycle.Develop and manage schedules, roadmaps and delivery plans.Manage and prioritize the development team's tasks.Act as a focal point between business and technology areas and other stakeholders.Conduct functional and technical refinements of specifications with the demanding areas.Ensure the quality and traceability of requirements.Monitor project risks, dependencies and impediments.Maintain and evolve solution data models.Technically support the team in architecture and solution definitions.Monitor indicators and ensure compliance with commitments assumed.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum experience of 5 years working as a Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, Project Leader or Manager IT projects.Proven experience in conducting critical or highly complex projects.Experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge and application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar).Experience with demand management tools, preferably Jira.Ability to communicate and negotiate with business areas and technical teams.Organized profile, committed to deadlines and results-oriented.DifferentialsKnowledge in SQL for data analysis and validation.Knowledge in development Java.Knowledge of Angular.Experience in large corporate environments.Experience in digital transformation and modernization of legacy systems.Behavioral SkillsProtagonism and sense of ownership.Excellent verbal and written communication.Analytical capacity and systemic vision.Organization and management of priorities.Leadership and influence without formal authority.Commitment to results and deadlines.Ability to work in dynamic and complex environments.Desired profile: experienced professional, with strong organizational skills and coordination, history of working on strategic projects and a comprehensive vision of business and technology, capable of connecting functional demands to technical solutions and ensuring the efficient execution of the team's deliveries.
