We are looking for a professional with experience in analysis and development of systems solutions. This professional will be responsible for identifying business needs, surveying and detailing requirements, designing solutions and monitoring demands with technical teams and business areas.

Professional with experience in analyzing and developing systems solutions, working to identify business needs, survey and detail requirements, design solutions and monitor demands with technical teams and business areas.

Must have an analytical, organized, proactive and organized profile, with the ability to handle demands from end to end, solve problems, negotiate priorities and communicate clearly with different audiences.

Experience with JIRA, using the tool to manage, monitor and organize demands, stories, tasks and incidents.

Knowledge in project management, monitoring schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies and deliveries.

Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum, participating in ceremonies, sprint planning, refinements, daily meetings and retrospectives.

Knowledge in gathering, analyzing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.

Ability to perform data modeling, elaboration and interpretation of relational models and understanding database structures.

Solid knowledge of SQL, including queries, joins, filters, aggregations, subqueries and data analysis.

Experience in preparing and maintaining system documentation, functional specifications, business rules, process flows, integrations and procedures.

Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, including concepts, applications and possibilities for using AI for automation, data analysis, process optimization and decision-making support.

Knowledge of the concepts of Enterprise Architecture, understanding the relationship between business strategy, processes, data, applications and technology.

Ability to analyze existing systems, identify impacts and propose improvements and solutions considering the organization's architecture and technological ecosystem.

Knowledge in integration between systems and understanding of APIs, services and exchange of information between applications will be considered an advantage.

Proactivity and autonomy to conduct activities and solve problems.

Unwinding and hands-on profile, with ease in seeking solutions and dealing with unexpected situations.

Good communication and interpersonal relationships, facilitating interaction between business, technology and other stakeholders.
