We are looking for someone to work in the area of ​​Credit Software Engineering for Legal Entities, contributing to the development and implementation of systems that enable credit solutions for cooperatives. The work will be focused on connecting business needs and the engineering team, ensuring the evolution of products with a focus on user experience. Carry out the analysis with an understanding of needs, translating them into system requirements, thinking about the product from end to end;

Monitor system performance through analysis and validation;

Understand the needs and requirements of agile principles, such as writing user stories, scrum, lean inception;

Knowledge of tools for preparing estimates;

Systemic and strategic vision;

Ability to systematize complex problems;

Act as a facilitator of the system development process, connecting business needs with the software engineering team;

Experience with systems backlog management and refinements;

Learn techniques for preparing a roadmap and prioritization;

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas;
