Role Summary

Senior Financial/Technical Business Analyst (5+ years)

We are looking for a Financial Business Analyst/Senior Technician to work on strategic projects in the financial market, focusing on Treasury, Derivatives and Murex. The professional will be responsible for defining technical-functional processes, supporting the development team and ensuring the quality of deliveries in initiatives focused on financial and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical and functional processes related to the BOX financial process;
• Define BOX's technical and accounting processes;
• Act as an interface between the business and technology areas;
• Specify technical and functional requirements for the development team;
• Review the results of technical tests and user acceptance tests (UAT);
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for the project;
• Support evolutionary and corrective maintenance activities;
• Provide post-production support (Babysitting) during the stabilization period.
• Mandatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical-functional roles in the financial market;
• Proven experience in Treasury and Financial Derivatives.
• Advanced English
• Spanish B2
• Functional knowledge

Experience with financial products, including

• IRS (Interest Rate Swap);
• CCS (Cross Currency Swap);
• IFN;
• FRA (Forward Rate Agreement);
• C&F ;
• OTC (Over-the-Counter);
• Experience in pricing (valuation) of derivative instruments;

Proven experience with the Murex platform.

• Technical knowledge
• Experience in communication and interaction with SCIB (Santander Corporate & Investment Banking) teams;
• Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, with the ability to specify technical solutions and coordinate the work of the development team;
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Use of JIRA and Confluence (Atlassian);
• Differences
• Experience in commodity pricing;
• Knowledge in managing financial positions;
• Experience with fixed income (bonds) and shares (equities);

Experience in transformation or modernization projects of financial systems.

• Position conditions
• 100% remote operation;
• Availability for a future move to Portugal or Spain is mandatory, if necessary for project reasons, company strategy or legal requirements;
• While in Brazil, the work will be carried out entirely remotely;
