Role Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for managing critical storage environments, conducting technological expansion and modernization projects, implementing best data protection practices and resolving highly complex incidents. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different technology teams, participating in strategic initiatives and driving the evolution of the company's infrastructure.

Experience in administering and supporting corporate storage environments from manufacturers such as Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM, Hitachi Vantara or Pure Storage.
Advanced knowledge in SAN (Storage Area Network) architectures, including configuration and management of Fiber Channel switches, zoning, multipathing, LUN masking and volume provisioning.
Experience with NAS (Network Attached Storage) environments, including NFS, SMB/CIFS protocols, share management, permissions, quotas and access performance.
Knowledge of All-Flash, Hybrid and Object Storage storage technologies, including tiering strategies and performance optimization.
Experience in synchronous and asynchronous replication between storages for high availability and disaster recovery.
Experience in data migration projects, storage consolidation and capacity expansion in critical environments.
Knowledge of deduplication, compression, thin provisioning, snapshots, clones and advanced data protection mechanisms.
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting storage environments, analyzing latency, throughput, IOPS and resource utilization.
Knowledge of corporate backup solutions integrated into physical, virtual and cloud environments.
Experience in automating operational activities using PowerShell, Python or Shell Script.
Manage corporate SAN, NAS and mission-critical storage environments.
Manage the creation, expansion and migration of volumes, LUNs and file systems.
Configure Fiber Channel switches, zoning, multipathing and high availability policies.
Implement local and remote replication strategies to ensure continuity of services.
Monitor performance indicators such as IOPS, latency, throughput, occupancy and environment growth.
Plan storage capacity considering system growth and business requirements.
Perform advanced troubleshooting on incidents related to storage, SAN connectivity, volume availability and data access.
Perform periodic failover, disaster recovery, and data restoration tests.
Ensure the integrity, availability and security of stored data.
Conduct technological renewal, migration and modernization projects for storage platforms.
Define standards and best practices for using storage resources in physical, virtualized and cloud environments.
Support virtualization, database, server and application teams in demands related to performance and storage availability.
Experience with Dell PowerStore, PowerMax, Unity, Isilon/PowerScale, NetApp ONTAP, IBM FlashSystem, HPE Primera/3PAR and Pure Storage.
Knowledge in Storage Virtualization, Storage as Code and integration with Kubernetes environments.
Experience with ransomware protection, cyber recovery and immutable backup solutions.
Experience in environments with large volumes of data (over 500 TB) and high availability requirements (24x7).
Knowledge of metrics and management of business continuity indicators, including RPO, RTO, SLA and service availability.
