Senior SAP Functional Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be a key member of the SAP Configuration & Support team, focusing primarily on FS-CD. Responsibilities - Coordinate user acceptance testing activities with business users for deployment sign-off

• Troubleshoot and triage data issues between source and target systems using XML and log viewers
• Collaborate with a team of 10 members on SAP configuration and production support tasks
• Engage with both onsite and offshore teams to ensure project success
• Analyze defects to identify root causes and propose effective fixes
• Support application maintenance and enhancements within IT systems
• Manage SAP releases utilizing the SAP Change Request Management application
• Integrate with SAP BASIS teams for production deployment activities
• Facilitate virtual collections of business requirements with cross-functional teams
• Balance multiple priorities to meet demanding workloads

Requirements - 3+ years of experience in SAP FS-CD

• Experience in SAP Business Partner configuration activities
• Understanding of SAP BAPI/RFC and integrations with upstream applications
• Familiarity with GuideWire related to Policy and Claim Administration systems
• Knowledge of the Insurance and Reinsurance domains
• Analytical skills for defect analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience in application maintenance and production support
• Proficiency in working within an onsite-offshore model
• Ability to manage communication effectively in written and verbal forms
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English

Nice to have - Experience with FSRI and FIGL modules

• Familiarity with SAP ChaRM application
• Certifications related to SAP FICO
• Experience in managing cross-functional working groups
• Knowledge of best practices in SAP configuration
