Role Summary

Within the quality control teams, and under the responsibility of a quality control analytical supervisor, you will integrate the Martillac laboratories according to GMP (GMP) standards. You will work on various physicochemical and/or biological analyzes to support the production activities of the AbbVie site or network, within an environment with high quality requirements.

  1. Carrying out physico-chemical or biological analyzes and method verifications

Carry out and check the following analyzes (non-exhaustive list): HPLC, ELISA, Compendiales, CE-SDS, cIEF, optical density

Transcribe analytical results to documentation or appropriate software.

  1. Participation in the good management of the laboratory and equipment

Ensure the monitoring and proper functioning of the equipment necessary for the activities.

Ensure that analyzes are carried out on qualified and calibrated equipment.

Participate in cleaning and maintaining the laboratory.

  1. Monitoring, documentation and quality

Rigorous traceability on analytical documents and quality systems.

Open non-compliance events in the dedicated software and carry out/participate in laboratory investigations linked to the analyzes carried out.

  1. Schedules and organization

Work daytime or staggered hours.

Requirements

Training

Bac +2/3: BTS / DUT or IUT in biochemistry, bioanalysis or quality control

Technical skills

  • Technical knowledge in physicochemical analyzes or bioanalyses
  • Good understanding and knowledge of regulatory constraints.
  • Ability to follow directions given by standard operating procedures, work instructions and batch records.
  • Evaluate data and communicate potential problems.

Personal qualities

  • Field person, proactive, dynamic, curious.
  • Good team spirit and sense of communication (relational skills to interact with different actors).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a balance between multiple priorities.
  • Sense of organization and rigor for monitoring and traceability of documentation.
  • Respect of deadlines and priorities, customer service oriented.
  • Adaptation and anticipation.

Languages and specific skills

English: Understanding of texts written in English.

HSE

  • Strict compliance with safety instructions, wearing PPE, waste management.
  • Proactive reporting of risk situations and participation in continuous improvement.
