IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Role Summary

You are responsible for maintaining ongoing IT operations at the main location in Neutal, as well as for our office in Perchtoldsdorf.

Responsibilities

This results in the following main tasks

• Ensuring high IT system availability for production and office in collaboration with Group IT and external service providers
• Support of users and the user helpdesk via ticket system and central IT contact point for both locations
• Responsible for the entire hardware and software lifecycle management
• Local implementation of Group IT’s cybersecurity guidelines
• Independent analysis and resolution of IT disruptions
• Assurance of the smooth operation of third-party software (NX, Altium, Engineering Base, etc.) in production and office environments
• Local contact for external service providers and Group IT

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT technician, computer scientist or comparable knowledge and skills
• Profound professional experience in IT system administration
• Confident handling of Windows operating systems (servers/clients), Active Directory including group policies and good MS Office 365 knowledge
• Experience in the area of IT support is an advantage
• Communication skills and service orientation, as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English as well as a B driving license
