Role Summary

As a Supervisor at SWARCO in Breda, you are not someone who manages from a distance. You are visible on the projects, the point of contact for your team and the person who ensures that technology, planning and people come together. You create peace in the performance. Not by working harder than the rest, but by knowing what is going on, thinking ahead and making clear choices.

What makes this role attractive is the combination of freedom and responsibility. You gain the confidence to organize your own projects and let your team function in your way. At the same time, you are not alone. You work together with project coordinators, work preparation and other supervisors who know the same field. You can spar, switch and fall back on the knowledge within SWARCO, while you remain outside the control.

You work on installations that everyone knows but that hardly anyone thinks about: traffic control systems and public lighting that determine how a city moves. The moment an installation goes live and you know that your team has achieved it, is really your result. That makes the work tangible and visible.

Requirements

What are you bringing?

• In any case, at least a completed MBO level 4 course in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology;
• Driving license B;
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience within the energy or infrastructure industry;
• A coaching style of leadership.
• Preferably you live in the region.

About the Company
