Role Summary

AFAS is your playground. You dive in, find out how something works and see where things can be done smarter. Then you do something with it. Want to organize a workflow smarter? Want to make an annual plan for AFAS? Tackling an HR process? You make the plan and get it done.

Of course you also ensure that the daily HR Support is in place. But you always look one step further. You ask questions, see opportunities, take initiative and get colleagues on board.

No waiting role. No day is the same. The freedom to really make HR better.

Requirements

• This is you
• HBO working and thinking level;
• 5+ years of experience in HR Support or HR Operations;
• You know AFAS InSite & Profit well and want to get even more out of it;
• You get energy from processes, data and improvement;
• You tackle projects independently and maintain control;
• You are curious, enterprising and get people involved;

Available for at least 32 hours.

This is what you get

• €3,500 - €4,700 gross per month, 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days, good pension scheme, laptop and telephone and above all: space to implement your ideas.
• You will join an HR team of 14 colleagues where people work hard, but where there is also plenty of laughter.
