Role Summary
You will take over SAP-supported order processing and coordination in internal sales and ensure a smooth process from the inquiry through order processing to complete completion
- You process inquiries independently and create tailor-made export offers for our customers and partners
- You coordinate export orders across locations and coordinate closely with the internal departments involved
- You are responsible for customs clearance and prepare the necessary export and customs documents
- For larger projects, you will work as a project team member in business administration
- Our sales activities in the urban sector support you with partners and foreign companies and create appealing product and system presentations
- In direct B2B contact, you can communicate confidently with customers and partners in German and English
You will be actively involved in customs-related topics, maintain your network and be in regular contact with the customs working group and the responsible contact persons at the main customs office
You create regular messages, sales reports and support the team with administrative tasks
You accompany and supervise our commercial trainees in the areas of export and international sales
Requirements
You have completed commercial training and, ideally, further training in business administration or a corresponding degree and have already gained experience in a comparable position
- You are confident and experienced in using SAP SD and common MS Office applications
- You are interested in technical contexts and are willing to familiarize yourself with a technical working environment
- Basic knowledge of customs and foreign trade as well as an understanding of customs clearance and tax aspects are an advantage
- You are characterized by very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as a confident demeanor towards customers and partners
- You work independently, structured and reliably, show initiative and at the same time enjoy working in a team
