Mechanical Installations Maintenance Technician

Role Summary

Veolia Servicios LECAM, in its energy services division, needs to hire a First Class Officer in Marbella to carry out the mechanical maintenance of the facilities of one of our clients.

Its main functions will be

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance: scheduled inspections and repairs of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, reducers, bearings and transmission systems.
2. Detect and solve mechanical breakdowns through analysis of vibrations, noises, wear and misalignments in industrial machinery.
3. Disassemble, repair, adjust and assemble mechanical components, performing alignments, balancing and precision adjustments.
4. Read mechanical plans, technical manuals and manufacturers' specifications to execute work according to standards.
5. Apply lubrication programs, make mechanical adjustments, calibrations and ensure the correct functioning of mechanical systems in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Professional Training: Higher Technician in Industrial Mechanics or professional experience and/or comparable qualification (Certificate of professionalism).
• Valuable: ORP training: agreement training, work at height, lifting platforms, etc.
