Masonry maintenance technician Zaragoza

Role Summary

Its functions would be

Repairs and masonry finishes: Opening and covering of gaps, receiving boxes, tubes and pre-frames, mortar screeds, plastering and specific plastering.

Replacement and replacement of finishes: Change of tiles, broken tiles or loose pieces of flooring and tiling; perimeter sealing and minor waterproofing.

Plasterboard and false ceilings: Repair, patching and replacement of laminated plasterboards (PYL), basic profiles and replacement of plasterboards or accessible ceilings.

Sanitation of pathologies: Treatment and scraping of moisture, sealing of cracks or fissures, and preparation of supports for subsequent finishing.

Painting and touch-up finishes: Putty, sanding and painting of walls after repairs or technical installations.

Help other technical trades: Occasional support in wall passages, heavy fixings and openings/closings after plumbing, electrical or air conditioning work.

Management and cleaning of the work area: Collection of material, prior protection of passage areas, removal of debris and delivery of completely clean areas.

Reporting to Team Leader.

Additionally, it will be valued

Complementary training in PRL, work at heights, work with tension, additional licenses, legionella, thermal, low voltage,...

Communication and self-organization skills.

Experience in metal carpentry

Requirements

• Academic training: Intermediate/higher degree masonry.
• Professional experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in maintenance masonry, comprehensive renovations or repair positions.

Valid B license

User level management of computer tools,
