The Program Lasting 2 (two) years, and exclusively for undergraduate students, our internship program was developed for those seeking growth and who want to evolve with us. We want people with the energy to move the world!

The intern will work alongside members of the area with activities related to Technical Support in Automation, Protection and Control Systems for Electrical Substations (T&D Segments).

You will support the team in contacting customers to resolve technical queries about our products, monitor laboratory tests and assist in projects to improve and optimize processes and flows in the area.

Responsibilities

• Support our customers in resolving technical queries related to GE Grid Automation products;
• Deeply study and understand the products provided by GE Grid Automation, including hardware and software domains;
• Set up and perform laboratory tests to reproduce customer problems and seek a solution;
• Support the most experienced team members in carrying out their activities;
• Lead Lean activities (process optimization and challenging the status quo).

Requirements

• Studying Electrical Engineering or related course with training expected from December/28 or later.
• Intermediate English;
• Intermediate office package.
• Intermediate Excel,
• Availability to intern for 6 hours per day during business hours (8 am to 3 pm or 9 am to 4 pm) (30 hours per week in person).

Desirable

• Basic to intermediate Spanish;
• Advanced English;
• Knowledge of AI prompts.
