The AI Transformation Manager will lead the development and execution of the AI transformation program for the Grid Systems Integration (GSI) business. In close collaboration with the Director of Operations (COO) and the Business Line Manager, this role will consist of defining the AI strategy and translating it into concrete initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, execution, quality and decision-making within the company.
This leader will have to identify and prioritize use cases with high added value, restructure workflows and operational models in accordance with the "Lean" strategy and mindset, manage the deployment of AI initiatives, promote the adoption of these tools throughout the organization and guarantee a measurable business impact, in order to make AI a lever of sustainable competitive advantage. The position will also be responsible for developing strategic external partnerships and working closely with the internal Foundry to accelerate the delivery and scale-up of solutions.
Initially, the role holder will manage a small team of project managers and data analysts. He/she will operate within an extensive cross-functional network, including operational, engineering, project management, commercial, supply chain, information technology (IT), digital teams, as well as legal, compliance and group teams.

Responsibilities
AI strategy and business alignment
- Collaborate with the COO and Business Line Manager to define the vision, priorities and AI transformation roadmap for Grid Systems Integration.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases to improve operational efficiency, execution performance, quality and productivity.
- Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business priorities and focused on concrete, measurable results.
Deployment of AI initiatives
- Drive end-to-end execution of AI initiatives, from opportunity identification to deployment, pilots, scaling and value realization.
- Build and manage a portfolio of initiatives balanced between short-term impact and long-term capacity development.
- Ensure rigorous program management, stakeholder alignment and execution discipline across initiatives.
Operational impact and value creation
- Collaborate with business and functional managers to improve key processes using AI and advanced analytics.
- Target use cases in areas such as engineering productivity, project execution, tendering, planning, supply chain, quality, reporting and functional productivity.
- Define and track performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure measurable impact in terms of cycles, costs, quality, delivery performance and adoption.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a small team of project managers and data analysts supporting the AI transformation program.
- Establish priorities, operational rhythm and governance of the team.
- Gradually develop a strong transformation capability based on business needs.
Leadership of the internal and external ecosystem
- Work closely with the internal Foundry to leverage existing AI, data, digital and technology capabilities to accelerate solution deployment.
- Act as the main interface between the business and the Foundry to translate operational priorities into scalable solutions.
- Develop and manage external partnerships with technology providers, startups and other relevant partners, where these can accelerate transformation and create value.
Change management and governance
- Promote the adoption of AI-enabled working methods throughout the organization.
- Develop awareness, culture, trust and skills relating to the use of AI within teams.
- Establish governance for the prioritization, execution, value tracking and responsible deployment of AI.
- Ensure alignment with company policies regarding data, cybersecurity, privacy, legal and compliance.

The AI Transformation Leader will lead the development and execution of the AI transformation agenda for the Grid Systems Integration (GSI) business. Working closely with the COO and the Business Line Leader, this role will help define the AI strategy and translate it into practical initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, execution, quality, and decision-making across the business.
This leader will identify and prioritize high-value use cases, re-architect workflows and operating models aligned to Lean Mindset & strategy, drive delivery of AI initiatives, build adoption across the organization, and ensure measurable business impact to harness AI as a source of sustained enterprise advantage. The role will also be responsible for developing selective external partnerships and working closely with the internal Foundry to accelerate delivery and scale solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in engineering, business, operations, computer science, data science or a related field.
- Significant experience in business transformation, operations, digital transformation, AI, data analytics or program leadership.
- Proven experience in delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, automation and digital technologies, with the ability to apply them to operational challenges.
- Experience leading small teams and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working with internal company capabilities and external partners.
Desired
- Higher degree (MBA or Master type) in a relevant field.
- Experience in the electrification, power systems, grid, infrastructure, engineering or corporate environments focused on project management.

**For candidates applying to a U.S. based position , the pay range for this position is between $ 152,400 and $254,000 . The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
