Role Summary

Senior Full Stack Developer – AI-Native Engineering

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with an AI-Native profile, passionate about software engineering and the use of Artificial Intelligence throughout the entire development cycle (SDLC). The professional will work on the development of a new emissions monitoring and management application, in addition to the Distribution, Pricing and Processing platform, contributing to modern, scalable and high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

Use AI assistants and agents to

• Code generation and refactoring;
• Automatic generation of documentation;
• Creation and validation of tests;
• Debugging and root cause analysis;
• Code Review;
• Automation of SDLC processes;

Work with tools such as

• GitHub Copilot
• Devin
• Cursor
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Gemini
• Sourcegraph Cody
• Continue.dev
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs) applied to software engineering;
• Support the adoption of good practices, governance and safe use of AI in corporate environments;

Stay up to date on trends and innovations in Software Engineering with AI.

• Mandatory requirements
• Solid experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer;
• Experience in developing corporate applications using microservices architecture;
• Backend and Frontend application development;

Knowledge of good software engineering practices, including

• Clean Code;
• Software Architecture;
• Automated tests;
• Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD);
• Observability;
• Application security;
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban);

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, maintenance and evolution of corporate applications;
• Collaborate with business areas and technical teams to define solutions;
• Design and develop new modules and architectures based on microservices;
• Develop Backend and Frontend components;
• Create, execute and maintain automated tests;
• Participate in CI/CD processes, deployments and production support;
• Diagnose and resolve incidents and performance bottlenecks;
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technological evolution;
• Promote good development practices, clean code, observability, security and maintainability;

Act as a technical reference and support the development of junior professionals.

AI-Native Engineering Responsibilities

Apply AI-assisted development tools throughout the software lifecycle (SDLC);

Knowledge of LLM applications in software development.

• Collaborative profile, with capacity for technical mentoring and leadership through influence;

Continuous interest in innovation and evolution of AI-Native Engineering practices.

• Position conditions
• 100% remote operation;
• Availability for a future move to Portugal or Spain is mandatory, if necessary for project reasons, company strategy or legal requirements;
• While in Brazil, the work will be carried out entirely remotely;
