Responsibilities

These exciting tasks await you with us

• As a service clerk, you sell spare parts to our customers and support agricultural businesses as a competent advisor.
• You accept repair orders, which you handle independently and reliably, and create offers for our customers.
• You maintain an overview when processing and checking warranty and goodwill applications. This allows you to deal with complaints professionally and develop individual solutions.
• You are responsible for and supervising the spare parts warehouse; you always have stock levels under control.
• You will actively participate in the implementation of marketing campaigns and support them with appropriate market and competition analyses.

Requirements

What you bring with you

• You have technical and/or commercial training, ideally you have a connection to agriculture.
• If you already have experience selling spare parts in the agricultural machinery industry, that's perfect. In any case, you have a class B driving license and are proficient in MS Office applications.
• As a service clerk, you like to lend a hand and impress with your confident demeanor and strong customer focus.
• You also enjoy dealing with people and work with commitment, responsibility and independence.
