We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer, with experience in ITSM and work in the development, customization, integration and support of solutions on the platform.

• Work on the development and evolution of applications on the ServiceNow platform;
• Create and maintain workflows and automation flows;
• Develop and consume APIs for integration between systems;
• Implement and maintain integrations using different technologies and protocols;
• Carry out customizations on the platform according to business needs;
• Develop improvements and new functionalities in ITSM processes;
• Perform corrections, troubleshooting and support of applications;
• Analyze incidents and problems, identifying causes and implementing solutions;

Support the evolution and optimization of existing processes and solutions on the platform.

Requirements

What we need you to know

• Experience with ServiceNow development, preferably in ITSM environments;
• Solid knowledge in Flow Designer;
• Experience with IntegrationHub;
• Knowledge of integrations using REST and SOAP;
• Experience with developing Script Includes;
• Knowledge of UI Builder;
• Experience with Transform Maps;
• Knowledge and experience with Import Sets;
• Experience with customizations, integrations and automations on the ServiceNow platform;
• Ability to act with corrections, support and problem solving;

Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented profile.
