Role Summary

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the industrial instrumentation maintenance team;
  • Ensure the execution of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance;
  • Monitor team performance and productivity indicators;
  • Carry out team management, distributing activities, monitoring performance, giving feedback and promoting technical development;
  • Control schedules, maintenance records and reports on services performed;
  • Control measurement and billing of services;
  • Implement and monitor maintenance management and control tools;
  • Work to continuously improve processes and reduce operational failures;
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards;

Prepare technical and management reports.

Requirements

  • Technical or higher education in Instrumentation, Automation, Electrotechnics, Engineering or related areas;
  • Experience in supervising industrial maintenance teams;
  • Solid knowledge of industrial instrumentation;
  • Knowledge of maintenance management and control tools;
  • Good knowledge of IT (Office Package, maintenance/ERP systems, indicators and controls);
  • Dynamic, organized, proactive profile with good communication;
  • Leadership and decision-making capacity.
  • **Preferred skills and experience:**
  • Experience in large industrial environments;
  • Knowledge of TPM, PCM, SAP or maintenance software;
  • Knowledge in indicator analysis and continuous improvement.
