Role Summary

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the laboratory and the team, ensuring the execution of activities in accordance with technical standards and standards. Analyzes test results, prepares reports, maintains the organization, the stock of inputs and the calibration of equipment. Respects the company's health, safety and environmental values.

Coordinate the team of laboratory workers and laboratory assistants, distributing tasks and supervising the execution of activities.

Manage the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with established standards.

Ensure that all laboratory equipment and instruments are calibrated and in good working order.

Promote training and qualifications for the team, aiming at the continuous improvement of laboratory practices, ensuring constant updating of good laboratory practices and technical standards.

Ensure that all laboratory activities comply with work safety standards.

Ensure that laboratory tests are carried out in accordance with technical standards and established procedures. Supervise and analyze all test results, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Validate and sign all test certificates carried out in the laboratory. Prepare detailed reports with test results, presenting them to managers and customers.

Ensure the organization and maintenance of laboratory documentation. Manage the stock of inputs and ensure the calibration of equipment, keeping it in good working order

Plan the acquisition of materials necessary for the efficient operation of the laboratory. Ensure compliance with quality standards, current technical standards and safety procedures.
