Role Summary

Responsible for monitoring and producing asphalt, cement and soil mixtures, ensuring that they comply with technical and contractual requirements, as well as monitoring and receiving inputs at the plants, the dosing, mixing and temperature control processes, in addition to validating the tests carried out in the plant's laboratory;

Monitor the dosing, mixing and temperature control processes of mixtures

produced in plants and field tests, temperature control of mixtures received at the site and during application;

Prepare periodic reports for management, highlighting quality and performance indicators of the plants, as well as supporting technical teams in implementing improvements in production processes;

  • Verify in the field the origin, traceability and compliance with approved parameters and traits of the material delivered to the service fronts;
  • Monitor the receipt of inputs at the plants (CAP, Portland Cement, etc.) and their respective receipt validation and technological control tests;
  • Ensure that the materials used meet the applicable technical specifications and contractual standards;
  • Validate the tests carried out in the plant's laboratory, ensuring the accuracy of the results and the quality of the mixtures;
  • Inspect all plant laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure they are calibrated and in good working order;
  • Review technical reports and compliance reports issued by the laboratory;
  • Monitor the quality of production processes, identifying possible deviations and
  • proposing solutions to ensure compliance with established standards;
  • Monitor internal and external audits related to production at plants;
  • Maintain organized records of production processes and results

Requirements

  • Complete high school;
  • Technical education in the Civil area;
  • 6 months of experience in the position;
  • Knowledge in technological control of materials and production processes;
  • Mastery of reading and interpreting projects and technical documents;
  • Knowledge of testing laboratory and plant processes (paving);

Knowledge of road works inspection processes (earthworks).
