Role Summary

Support Project management in monitoring performance through consolidated management of schedules and budget, monitoring of risk analyses, monitoring of financial adherence, monitoring of performance indicators, preparation of reports, dashboards.

Support the NTS Projects area in the management of contracts signed for the execution of projects and works, monitor balances and deadlines, check measurements and evidence, interface with other areas of NTS for administrative processes, operation of processes via SAP, preparation of status reports, preparation and updating of financial trend reports, etc.

Support the NTS Projects area in documentation management by interfacing with the contractor, receiving incoming DRGs, checking the quality of documents (model, filling in stamps, printing quality, etc.), managing the Document Lists for each contract (LDs), issuing outgoing DRGs, preparing contract status reports, operating the NTS or contractor's GED, etc.

Support the NTS Projects area in planning management, weekly physical and financial progress, daily work report, weekly update of the physical schedule, activity scheduling, containing weekly details of activities, with visibility of activities to be carried out in the subsequent 15-day period, Critical path analysis. Analysis of activities in the last period in relation to the planned and the previous period, analyzing their productivity, identifying project pending issues, materials and equipment, analyzing the need to review planning documents, changes in the CONTRACTED PARTY's team and other matters on the agenda.

Requirements

• Engineer registered with the class council;
• 10 years of experience in the oil and gas area or 5 years in the pipeline area;
• Intermediate to advanced office package.
