CONTRACT COORDINATOR (Focus on Substation and Power Transmission Lines)

Role Summary

Coordinate personnel and monitor operational activities in order to secure and expand service provision contracts. Organize, distribute and check work to comply with contractual requirements, scope and quality of the work provided. Respect the company's health, safety and environmental values;

• Coordinate, monitor and supervise administrative and technical actions relating to the responsible hour contract, always observing the safety of people;
• Carry out negotiations with the customer to ensure service;
• Coordinate, monitor and supervise administrative actions relating to the management of the hiring of people, goods and services;
• Monitor and operationalize the implementation and improvements of systems inherent to contract management;
• Monitor the execution of the evaluation mechanisms covered by the contract and monitor corrective measures;
• Guide interested areas, observing legal precepts, with a view to improving internal processes;
• Coordinate and monitor the economic-financial goals set by the company for the execution of the contract;
• Monitor control activities, providing information to the company's management/board, in compliance with contractual conditions;
• Coordinate and motivate the work team, proposing the necessary measures for their improvement;

Evaluate the result of executing the contract, as a way of feeding back into the process.

Requirements

• Complete Higher Education - Electricity - Civil - Mechanics
• Knowledge in Planning Software
