Role Summary

These exciting tasks await you with us

As a clerk, you will sell spare parts to our customers and support agricultural businesses as a competent advisor.

You accept repair orders, which you process independently and reliably, and create offers for our customers.

You maintain an overview when processing and checking warranty and goodwill applications. This allows you to deal with complaints professionally and develop individual solutions.

The responsibility and management of the spare parts warehouse lies in your hands; you always have stock levels under control.

You will actively participate in the implementation of marketing campaigns and support them with appropriate market and competition analyses.

Requirements

What you bring with you

• You have technical and/or commercial training, ideally you have a connection to agriculture.
• If you already have experience selling spare parts in the agricultural machinery industry, that's perfect. In any case, you have a class B driving license and are proficient in MS Office applications.
• As a clerk, you like to lend a hand and impress with your confident demeanor and strong customer focus.
• You also enjoy dealing with people and work with commitment, responsibility and independence.
