Role Summary

• Independent processing (processing of customer calls, goods scheduling and orders to logistics) of orders in the loose compound feed product segment
• Interface between trade and logistics
• Planning and organizing flows of goods
• Supporting purchasing in optimizing the flow of goods
• Checking and posting incoming invoices and credit notes as well as issuing invoices to customers
• Complaint processing

Requirements

• Very high quality of work and accuracy
• Ability to analyze customer needs and market conditions
• Customer and success-oriented way of working
• Strong team player and high willingness for personal development

Completed training in commercial. Area, e.g. merchant in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial merchant or European merchant

• Good knowledge of English, other languages would be an advantage
• Experienced use of SAP and common MS Office applications
• Knowledge of grain and animal feed trading is an advantage
