REVENUE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Permanent position, full-time · Berlin (HQ)

AFTER SIX WEEKS

  • You have developed a sound understanding of our business model, our product and the energy industry context.
  • You have gotten to know all the important internal stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance and Product and understand how the individual teams work together with Revenue Operations.
  • You have fully gotten to know our CRM, CPQ and reporting setup and can navigate deal data and pipeline views independently.
  • You have accompanied a complete deal cycle - from the opportunity to the signed customer contract - and understand our current deal desk process and have already identified the first small areas of potential for improvement.

AFTER THREE MONTHS

  • You manage our deal desk processes independently.
  • You have established yourself as a reliable contact person in the company for questions about deals and the offer processes.
  • You continuously identify optimization potential in our processes and actively promote their further development.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCESS

  • You enjoy working with different stakeholders, understanding their requirements and supporting them with pragmatic, tailored solutions.
  • You communicate clearly, authoritatively and at eye level.
  • You approach tasks with initiative and a clear goal orientation.
  • You think analytically and structured: You like to break down complex processes into individual steps, identify optimization potential and make decisions based on numbers and metrics.
  • Experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not a must.

Responsibilities

Energy costs in Europe are twice as high as in the USA and China. At the same time, electricity demand is expected to double by 2050. Market price volatility and increasing complexity are here to stay. This puts the backbone of European industry under pressure – and companies must act now.

trawa is developing the solution: the first integrated B2B energy platform that combines energy procurement, energy management and the control of flexibilities in one product. Supply, Manage, Flex – combined. This integration enables savings of up to 30% on recurring electricity costs while helping companies switch to renewable energy.

We are Europe's fastest growing B2B energy platform. We are currently active in Germany and Austria and plan to expand our activities to a third market in 2027. Our goal is to scale across Europe. We are moving quickly – the market window is open and we want to take advantage of it.

  • Quotation creation (Configure-Price-Quote): You are responsible for the quotation process and create tailor-made energy concepts based on customer data - from tailor-made power supply offers to battery storage solutions for industry.
  • Deal analysis and pricing: You work closely with our account executives and sales management to evaluate deals holistically - identifying exceptions and special features, pointing them out and coordinating the necessary approvals with the responsible contact persons.
  • CRM & Deal Management: You are responsible for deal management in our CRM - including the assignment of deals to deal phases, the correct recording of product categories and sales
  • Contract management: You check contracts for our major customers and ensure that our contractual framework fits their requirements exactly.
  • Sales strategy and planning: You support pipeline reviews, forecasts and general sales management.

Requirements

  • You think analytically and enjoy working with data. You don't miss any abnormalities - you systematically get to the bottom of them and identify their causes.
  • You approach problems in a structured manner and with curiosity. Even if the question is initially unclear, you can always find a good solution.
  • You communicate clearly and precisely in writing and enjoy working with internal stakeholders as well as customers and sales partners.
  • You have a keen eye for details. Whether it's a missing date or an inconsistent definition of a key figure - you can identify such discrepancies before they become a problem.
  • Experience with a CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus, but not a requirement. What is crucial is that you are prepared to familiarize yourself with new systems quickly and thoroughly.
