Responsibilities

• As a product intern, you play a central role in making our energy portal more accessible, understandable and powerful - and you will gain practical insights into what it means to build a product in a fast-growing startup.
• Help shape new product areas. You support the conceptual development of new features and product areas and help translate customer needs and business requirements into concrete product thinking.

Build our customer knowledge base. You will take responsibility for building a central, customer-friendly knowledge base for our portal - consolidating existing content, defining structure and standards, and writing articles that help customers understand rates, invoices and onboarding. You will work closely with the product team and across teams to bring them live.

Support the product team in everyday life. You will help with QA, user research, feedback analysis and documentation - and will be involved in day-to-day business with product development.

Who we are looking for

• You are a student in an advanced bachelor's degree, gap year, master's degree or graduate in economics, energy, communication, or a similar field of study with good academic performance.
• You have a product mindset - you think from the user perspective, delve deeply into complex topics and turn problems into clear, structured solutions.
• You communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively — verbally and in writing, in German and English.
• You have a strong track record - analytical skills, an eye for detail and a high degree of independence characterize you.
• You are highly motivated, hands-on and want to take on real responsibility.
• You are looking for an internship for 3-6 months.

• Your first 90 days

After six weeks: onboarding

• You understand Trawa's business model, our products, customers and central energy industry connections.
• You collect topics and content that are relevant for a knowledge base for our customers and structure them.

In the third month: ramp-up

• Together with the team, you choose the right technology for the knowledge base and fill it with initial content.
• You bring a first version live and publish it for our customers together with the Customer Success Team.
• You define success criteria and incorporate corresponding tracking into the knowledge base.

About the Company

You will become part of the product team and support our product managers in further developing trawa products and creating real added value for our customers. You will work at the interface between product development and customer success and help our customers to better evaluate their energy consumption and optimize their electricity purchases.
