Responsibilities

Active sourcing via LinkedIn, XING and other digital channels to identify suitable specialists and managers.
Initial approach and pre-qualification of candidates via telephone and written communication.
Conducting structured interviews to assess motivation, willingness to change and professional fit.
Control of the entire recruiting process from the search to the signing of the contract.
Advising our B2B customers on candidate profiles, market feedback and process speed.
Building and maintaining talent pools, networks and long-term candidate relationships.

Requirements

Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, sales, sales, account management, customer service or personnel consulting, alternatively motivated lateral entry (m/f/d).
A background as a recruiter (m/f/d), talent acquisition specialist (m/f/d), human resources consultant (m/f/d), sales representative (m/f/d), customer advisor (m/f/d), store manager (m/f/d) or from the hotel, catering and insurance industry is particularly suitable.
Strong communication skills, an engaging demeanor and absolute joy in speaking by telephone and digitally.
Hunger for success, strong finishing skills and self-motivation - you want to achieve something and have a very good feel for people and situations.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German for communication with candidates and decision-makers.
