Responsibilities

• Ownership for operational processes: You carry out crucial operational tasks on your own responsibility and help ensure that our organization runs smoothly in all core areas.
• Automation of processes: You develop approaches to increase efficiency and automate process steps.
• Support during onboarding: You support the introduction of our new customers into the trawa universe and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Contribution to the further development of the organization: You actively shape processes and help us to continue to grow as a company.
• Keep an eye on data: You take over data maintenance in our systems (e.g. CRM) and ensure high data quality through careful work.

Who we are looking for

• You are a student, in your bachelor's degree, gap year, master's degree or graduate with good academic performance.
• Initial practical experience in startups, other fast-moving environments or the energy industry is a strong plus.
• You think analytically, feel comfortable analyzing numbers and confidently communicate data-based insights.
• You are characterized by organizational talent - you work in a structured manner, keep an overview and can prioritize tasks efficiently.
• You have a general affinity for digital tools such as: B. CRM systems, Notion, Google Workspace or n8n.

Your first 90 days

The first six weeks – orientation and familiarization

• Get to know our processes - from the internal handover of new customers from sales, to the registration of delivery points, to market communication in the complex energy market.
• Familiarize yourself with the most important tools, systems and internal and external contacts that play a role in the onboarding of our new customers.
• Carry out your first customer onboardings independently: ensure “handover readiness” through sales, set up the customer portal, initiate customer contact, register delivery points and solve problems in market communication.

By the third month – take responsibility and further develop processes

• Take on customer onboardings independently and be responsible for timelines and communication with everyone involved.
• Develop a reliable understanding of market communication processes and become a reliable contact person for problems in your area.
• Recognize recurring patterns in typical errors and contribute your own ideas to specifically improve our onboarding processes.

You will be part of a small, well-coordinated onboarding team of four people. As part of the Business Operations Department, you will work in an area with a total of around 20 colleagues, which also includes the Customer Success Team. As an Operations Intern (m/f/d), you play a key role in building processes and structures of an emerging and fast-growing technology startup. We recruit on an ongoing basis for an internship period of 3-6 months.
