Werkstudent - Partnerships & Influencer Operations (all genders)

Role Summary

As a working student in Partnerships & Influencer Operations (all genders), you will gain insights into two exciting growth areas at HelloFresh: Retail Media includes our diverse advertising and activation options along the HelloFresh customer journey and enables third-party brands to reach their target groups directly via our platform and products, for example through product samples in our boxes. In influencer marketing, we work with relevant creators to authentically position our brand and win new customers.

What awaits you and what you will work on: You will take responsibility for operational processes, support the smooth running of our day-to-day business, work with the team to ensure that our activities are implemented efficiently, also work with various stakeholders and be the central contact for our distribution center in Barleben.

• Your area of responsibility
• Control of marketing campaigns in the retail media area - from planning to communication and coordination with the warehouse to reporting
• Operational communication and coordination with our retail media partners on campaigns, timings, materials and requirements
• Maintaining and updating our CRM system HubSpot as well as our campaign overview, including the creation and management of various products/samples
• Coordination of influencer campaigns and coordination between our internal teams and external agencies for our markets in Germany and Switzerland

Organization of sample and PR packages, competitions, sample deliveries for influencers and partners, as well as coordination of collaboration with our distribution center in Barleben

Participation in the implementation of influencer paid social campaigns, including the preparation and upload of content through to coordination with the responsible marketing team

Preparation and documentation of important internal meetings so that relevant information and next steps are recorded transparently for everyone involved

Requirements

• Enrolled student, ideally in the field of marketing, communications, business administration or a comparable course of study
• Structured and reliable way of working, organizational talent and a good sense of setting priorities in order to keep track of different topics
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with internal teams, external partners and agencies
• Take initiative and enjoy taking responsibility, contributing your own ideas and actively pushing forward topics
• Confident use of digital tools; Initial experience with HubSpot, Slack or comparable platforms is a plus
• Fluent German and good English skills
