IT Business Analyst (m/w/d) Bancassurance

Role Summary

The omni-channel platform of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken is the central system for our banking sales. You ensure that the insurance area not only works, but also delivers real added value: greater functionality, better processes, greater transparency and effective support in everyday sales. You will work in a committed team that makes a difference together with high motivation, strong cohesion and noticeable joy in their work.

You will design solutions for our insurance division on the central banking platform of the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken and support the further development of data provision on the omni-channel platform - in close collaboration with the divisions, the in-house and network-internal IT and other stakeholders.

Holistic recording and analysis of technical requirements from sales, from our sales partner bank and the internal interfaces. You refine user stories and translate requirements into viable target images for processes, data and interfaces.

You work in an agile team and implement requirements from requirements clarification with internal customers and sales partners to productive implementation in close coordination with the product owner and the development team.

For our internal customers and external sales partners, you will be the central contact person for the applications/functions you manage, representing the group/department.

Carrying out tests, reviews and creating and maintaining clear, comprehensible documentation as well as analyzing and processing errors/incidents.

Requirements

• Successful studies specializing in business administration, mathematics, computer science or comparable qualification, such as training in the IT sector.
• Strong IT, technology and data affinity as well as strong analytical skills. You reliably record, structure and evaluate complex issues, derive well-founded recommendations for action and have interest or experience in data supply processes.
• Ideally, you have experience in agile working methods (SCRUM, SAFe).
• You impress as a team player with strong communication skills, a solution-oriented, analytical and structured way of working and a confident demeanor.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least C1).
