Role Summary
You work in the Agile Release Train as part of an agile team and advance solutions for the life business area; You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of processes and standards.
As a technical contact, you will provide technical support for the IT systems of R+V Lebensversicherung with a focus on end customer applications, portals and sales support systems and you will further develop these as required.
Together with the IT department, product development, customer support and users in sales, you will create a partnership-based and solution-oriented collaboration.
You analyze technical requirements in a structured manner, clarify dependencies and create comprehensible technical concepts as a basis for technical implementation.
As a competent contact person, you advise requesters and users and actively contribute your expertise.
You test technical solutions, document results, support delivery processes and ensure high quality of the functions provided.
Requirements
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or training in the IT sector, alternatively comparable qualifications through relevant professional and project experience.
- Ideally, you have gained initial knowledge of life insurance as well as experience in project work or technical requirements management.
- Good IT knowledge and interest in digital solutions. AI tools as well as the further development of customer-oriented applications and processes.
- You enjoy working in an agile team, show strong team orientation and communicate confidently with relevant interfaces.
- You understand complex issues quickly, analyze them in a structured manner and develop viable solutions together with relevant parties.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2-C1).
