Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer / IT Consultant (w/m/d)

We are Coduct Solutions GmbH, a tech consulting company with locations in Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia and Berlin). Together with our subsidiary in Vietnam, our group develops tailor-made software and AI solutions.

You work in diverse international teams on internal and external projects that cover a wide range of topics and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, structuring and process recording
• Recording, analyzing and structuring existing business processes at the customer
• Identification of weak points, dependencies and optimization potential
• Modeling of processes in structured forms of representation (e.g. BPMN or comparable methods)
• Translation of technical requirements into clearly structured requirements and decision-making basis
• Consulting in the IT-related environment
• Close collaboration with project managers, architects and development teams
• Understanding of IT systems, data flows and technical framework conditions
• Ability to translate technical problems and requirements into technical solution concepts
• Active support in evaluating solution options and target architectures
• Workshops, communication & moderation
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of customer workshops (remote and on-site)
• Structured moderation of discussions with different stakeholders
• Documentation of results, decisions and open points
• Building and further developing a trusting working relationship with the customer and a genuine interest in their challenges
• Documentation & content creation
• Structured preparation of complex content in presentations, decision documents and white papers
• Creation of clear, understandable and consistent documents for management and departments
• Confident handling of visual and textual forms of representation
• High quality standards in terms of structure, comprehensibility and clarity
• Use and further thinking about AI in everyday work
• Active use of AI tools in your own everyday work (e.g. for analysis, structuring, documentation)
• Interested in seeing AI as an opportunity and sensibly integrating it into projects and working methods
• Openness to trying out and developing new methods and tools

Important: We are deliberately not looking for candidates who just “find AI exciting”, but rather those who are already using it specifically and are keen to expand it further and see AI as an opportunity to boost their own skills.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a consulting or consulting-related role.
• Proven experience in process recording and structuring.
• Work experience in the IT environment with an understanding of technical contexts.
• Routine in structured representations (e.g. BPMN).
• Own practical use of AI tools in everyday work.
• Curiosity and customer proximity with a genuine interest in their problems and the development of suitable solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems and identify process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Initiative, strong implementation skills and an independent, structured way of working.
• Very good communication skills in German and English - you can present complex technical and business contexts in an understandable way for various target groups, especially at management and customer level.
• A successfully completed degree, e.g. in business administration or business informatics, or a qualification with practical experience.

Willingness to travel

Occasional business trips to the DACH regions (as agreed with the customer).

Other

• Ideally, you can come to our office in Berlin or Kamp-Lintfort twice a week without any problems.
• Working model: Hybrid (1~2 days in the office & 3~4 days of mobile working, not every week), also possible on site throughout; according to individual agreement and depending on the phase of work in the company.
• Working time: 32~40h, weekdays.
• Start time: by individual arrangement.
• Contract type: permanent.
