Business Analyst (m/f/d) Health Insurance at R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG in Wiesbaden, HE, Germany.
Role Summary
- You work in the Agile Release Train as part of an agile team and advance solutions for the healthcare business area; You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of processes and standards.
- As a technical contact, you will support a wide range of health insurance topics, from new product ideas to the digitalization and automation of processes to the implementation of regulatory requirements. You always have an eye on the interfaces.
- You analyze and structure technical requirements, develop viable concepts and ensure clarity in acceptance criteria and prioritization.
- Definition of test cases, setting up and maintaining automated tests with a high degree of automation in the CI pipeline and tests for business and technical scenarios.
- Close collaboration with your team, other ART teams and external IT service providers, coordination on delivery results and releases and promotion of open, trusting collaboration.
Requirements
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or training in the IT sector, alternatively comparable qualifications through relevant professional or project experience.
- Practice in the technical administration of health insurance contracts and good technical understanding, including product modeling, performance management and inventory management.
- Ideally, you have experience with inventory management and benefit systems of a private health insurance company and are familiar with technical contract changes from applications to benefit management.
- Experience in one of the following areas desirable: connection of peripheral systems such as SAP partners, commission, collections and disbursements, workflow, printing and archive, sales, data store and operational interfaces; in the document system environment from specification to development.
- You enjoy working in an agile team, show strong team orientation and communicate confidently with relevant interfaces.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English (at least B2-C1).
