Role Summary

You support the long-term solution finding for the new and further development of our IT systems in close cooperation with the corporate customers division and the in-house IT.

Holistic recording and analysis of technical requirements from the corporate customer area and internal interfaces, refinement of user stories and translation into viable target images for processes, data and interfaces.

You work in an agile team and implement requirements from requirements clarification with internal customers to productive implementation in close coordination with the product owner and IT.

For our internal customers, you will be the central contact person (m/f/d) for the applications you manage, representing the composite architecture department.

Carrying out software tests, reviews and creating and maintaining clear, understandable documentation.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration (or comparable). Alternatively, training in the IT sector or comparable qualification through relevant professional and project experience.
  • You have a strong affinity for IT and technology and can process complex issues confidently, evaluate them in depth and derive clear recommendations for action.
  • You impress as a team player with strong communication skills, a solution-oriented, analytical and structured way of working and a confident demeanor.
  • High customer orientation, openness to new things and the ability to bring different stakeholders together in a targeted manner.
  • Ideally, you have experience in specialist architecture or business analysis in the composite environment, with a focus on corporate customer insurance.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2-C1).
