Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Role Summary

In addition to creating and refining technical user stories including acceptance criteria, you will be responsible for the design and coordination of technical interfaces in collaboration with the contact persons from development and architecture

• You will analyze and understandably describe technical processes, data flows and system dependencies
• You make an important contribution to the stabilization and performance optimization of technically critical applications
• You can identify causes of malfunctions in functional functions or data inconsistencies through targeted root cause analyses
• You will also actively support the definition and implementation of technical and regression tests as part of agile releases

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• A completed degree in economics or computer science
• You have experience in dealing with complex application landscapes such as Java full stack environments, databases, microservices or batch processes
• You have a sound understanding of core technical processes such as billing, contract management, data integration or QA processes
• Knowledge of SQL, interface analysis (REST, MQ, file exchange) and common tools for error diagnosis are available
• Experience with event-based architectures, especially KAFKA, is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility characterize your profile
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g. in Java) is a plus
• Very good knowledge of German (from C1 level) and knowledge of English round off your profile
