Role Summary

Teamlead (m/f/d) Integration Delivery

You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of our Integration Delivery team and actively shape its further development - pragmatically, solution-oriented and on an equal footing. You make decisions, take responsibility and support the people in your team as well as their innovative strength.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of the team including employee interviews, onboarding, staffing procedures and further training planning
• Support and project planning of the products I4M, P4M, JiveX, HLI and DCC
• Monthly planning, prioritization and capacity control in the area of responsibility - with an economic view of utilization and results
• Interface between customers, sales and technical implementation, including advice on feasibility and effort estimation
• Support in preparing offers and accompanying complex customer projects
• Control and quality assurance of order and ticket processing (CRM, Asana, Zendesk)
• Participation in the further development and standardization of processes
• Promoting team cohesion, motivation and a constructive error culture

Requirements

• Study or training in the field of medical informatics or comparable professional experience in a healthcare IT context
• Initial experience in the technical or disciplinary management of teams or projects
• In-depth knowledge of IHE, DICOM, HL7, PACS and patient portals
• Determination, entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on, implementation-oriented way of working
• Enjoy supporting people and developing a team
• Fluent German and English skills
