Role Summary

Shape the future of radiology IT

Would you like to actively shape digitalization in healthcare and further develop innovative software solutions for radiology? Then become part of our product management team and take responsibility for the further development of our radiology information system (RIS).

We are not looking for a specialist for a single feature, but rather a generalist product manager who drives topics forward independently, recognizes connections and creates sustainable solutions together with development, customers and internal stakeholders. With the modernization of our RIS and the ever-increasing regulatory and customer requirements, exciting and challenging tasks lie ahead. We are looking for a personality who takes responsibility and actively helps shape things with initiative, motivation and the ability to implement things.

Responsibilities

Strategic product management

• You are responsible for the medium and long-term product strategy of our radiology information system (RIS) and related workflow solutions.
• You analyze market, customer and technology trends and derive new product and innovation potential from them.
• You develop and prioritize product initiatives taking into account customer needs, company goals and regulatory requirements.
• You identify potential for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and support the further development of our products and product management processes in the spirit of an AI-first approach.

Product management & product development

• You are responsible for the product roadmap in close collaboration with Development, UX and Quality Assurance.
• You conduct discovery activities and requirements analysis and prioritize the product backlog.
• You accompany the entire product life cycle - from the idea to the successful market launch.
• You ensure that quality standards as well as regulatory and technical requirements (e.g. HL7, FHIR and IHE) are taken into account.
• You coordinate different topics in parallel and ensure that the right priorities are set.

Customers & Go-to-Market

• You work closely with customers, sales, marketing and customer success to continuously develop our product.
• You support product launches, workshops, product presentations and sales activities.
• You represent the product area at customer events, conferences and trade fairs.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies, for example in business informatics, computer science, medical informatics, health management or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in product management or in a comparable role in the software environment.
• Experience in the healthcare IT environment; Ideally, you have knowledge of radiology workflows or radiology information systems (RIS).
• You have a good understanding of modern software development and agile product management methods.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR or IHE is an advantage.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
