Senior Frontend Developer (m/w/d)

Role Summary

Do you like developing modern web interfaces, have an eye for good design and want to build software that is actually used in everyday life? Then you've come to the right place.

As part of our development team, you will work on modern web applications in the clinical environment - and help ensure that complex processes function simply, stably and efficiently for users.

Responsibilities

Specifically, your tasks are

• You develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, TanStack Start and TypeScript.
• You design and implement UI components using Figma and Tailwind CSS with an eye for design, UX and visual details.
• To ensure high code quality, you develop and maintain automated tests (E2E with Cypress as well as unit tests with Jest or Vitest).
• You actively use AI-supported development tools such as Cursor, Claude or MCP server to accelerate development processes and work more efficiently.
• You will also participate in code reviews, document technical solutions and work closely with product owners and backend developers.
• You actively contribute your own ideas in order to continuously improve and develop our applications.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, medical informatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Good experience in frontend and component development, ideally with Storybook or Design Systems.
• Confident use of modern AI tools in everyday development (e.g. Cursor, Claude, Copilot or MCP server) to increase productivity.
• Experience in UI/UX design and software testing.
• You work in a structured manner, think technically and creatively and enjoy developing high-quality user interfaces.
• You speak very good German (at least C1).
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
