Implementation specialist for clinical software (m/f/d)

Role Summary

Do you have professional experience in nursing or medicine, are you interested in digitalization and would you like to use your practical knowledge in a targeted manner? Then you will design the introduction and application of our clinical software and be directly involved in the further development of digital documentation processes - for a noticeable difference in the healthcare system.

Responsibilities

Your tasks at a glance

• You support clinics in the introduction and use of our KOS apps.
• You will train users from nursing, medicine, administration and management in a practical and understandable way.
• You adapt training and introductory concepts to the individual requirements of the respective clinics.
• You will actively support the planning and implementation of software implementation projects.
• You are the contact person for questions about the use of our software.
• You create and maintain training documents, manuals and video tutorials and prepare the content in an understandable, practical and user-friendly manner.
• You systematically collect feedback from practice and incorporate it into product development in a structured and effective manner.

Requirements

• You have completed training or a degree in the medical, nursing or therapeutic field.
• Career or career changers from nursing, medicine or therapy with an interest in digitalization and IT are also welcome.
• You have experience in instructing, training or advising colleagues or users, ideally in a clinical environment.
• You are interested in digital solutions, software and structured processes.
• Initial experience with project work or conceptual work is an advantage, but not a must.
• You have high communication skills, empathy and patience when dealing with different professional groups.
• You speak very good German (at least C1).
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
