Role Summary
We are looking for you as a production shift manager (m/f/d) in our production as soon as possible. In this role, you will assume technical and disciplinary responsibility for the operational work and process flows of your shift in three-shift operation.
You monitor and control compliance with production goals in terms of quality, quantity and time
Responsible management and control of the manufacturing system: identifying problems and developing solutions to ensure maximum system availability and optimal production utilization
You develop action measures to optimize system performance based on key figures
In coordination with other production areas, you will be responsible for personnel allocation and management. You will also play a key role in personnel development for the promotion and further training of employees (m/f/d).
You ensure compliance with the relevant regulations, operational and occupational safety regulations
Coordination and communication between the shift managers (m/f/d) in the production and filling areas as well as the related departments
Requirements
You are characterized by excellent communication skills and a solution- and process-oriented way of thinking. You also have the following qualifications to impress:
In addition to completed training in the natural sciences (e.g. as a chemical technician (m/f/d) or comparable), you have several years of professional experience in a production environment, particularly in chemical mass production (ideally in a bottling company such as in the cleaning and care products industry)
- In addition to initial management experience, knowledge in the area of shop floor management is desirable
- You are also motivated and willing to work in a three-shift model
- You think and act in a team-oriented manner in the dynamic environment of a manufacturing industrial company and have the ability to motivate and inspire employees
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Our shift model enables you to have a good work-life balance. Production operations start with the night shift on Sunday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and end with the late shift on Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Apart from planned additional shifts, you are free on weekends. The shift change (early/late/night shift) takes place weekly
