Role Summary

  • Technical management and work division of the operational employees in the respective shift
  • Responsible for providing orders and loading
  • Booking, processing and controlling incoming goods from both our own production and from external suppliers
  • Coordination of sample and rush orders for loading
  • Communication between the warehouses, control center and the shipping company
  • Registration of the required vehicles
  • Preparing shipping documents and handing out the papers to the drivers
  • Control of picked pallets and transports
  • Processing of picking orders on time
  • Provisioning containers
  • Personnel deployment planning, personnel management and instruction of personnel in consultation with superiors
  • Monitoring of transports and their implementation
  • Monitoring the circulation picking rack and subsequent re-storage of the pallets after picking
  • Driving an industrial truck

Requirements

  • Completed training as a specialist warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or specialist (m/f/d) for warehouse logistics
  • Alternatively: other completed training and at least 2 years of professional experience in the operational area (warehouse/forklift driving)
  • Experience in technical leadership desirable
  • Basic ADR training – can also be carried out internally
  • Successful participation in the extensive dangerous goods training - can also be carried out internally
  • Forklift license
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of electronic warehouse management systems / SAP
  • Willingness to work 3 shifts and Saturday work
  • High sense of responsibility when handling dangerous goods
  • Team-oriented thinking and acting
  • Willingness to arrange flexible working hours
