Industrial mechanic trainees (m/f/d) 2027

Role Summary

We are looking for you for the three and a half year training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) from August 1st, 2027. As an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), you ensure that production runs smoothly and that the company is maintained. The training takes place in our company, the ILW (Industrial Institute for Teaching and Continuing Education) and in the Mainz vocational school.

This is what awaits you in your training

Learn: During the training you will learn all the necessary basic knowledge of metal technology, such as control and production technology as well as joining processes and electrical engineering basics

Application: You will process various materials on modern turning and milling machines and learn to operate CNC-controlled machines

Take responsibility: Your everyday work also includes maintaining and repairing our production systems, as well as independently planning and completing work processes

Further development: We promote your individual development through regular feedback, internal in-house instruction and training measures

Requirements

As an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), you will be deployed throughout the company for the necessary maintenance work. Therefore, you have a great interest in metalwork. In addition, you convince us with the following points:

• You have at least a good secondary school diploma
• You are enthusiastic about technical contexts and craft activities and have an understanding of them
• You enjoy finding solutions to complex problems and working with fine motor skills
• You can imagine working in shifts in production or in a technical workshop every day
• Quality and good work results are important to you. That's why you work conscientiously and carefully
