Become part of our team and support us as a dosing technology service technician in the field for the Augsburg, Landshut and Deggendorf regions (m/f/d) in supporting our customers on site. With your technical know-how, you will ensure the reliable functioning of our dosing systems and provide our customers with competent advice on all application-related issues.

Responsibilities

Your tasks at a glance

• Service & Installation: Installation, commissioning and maintenance of our dosing systems in the professional washing and dishwashing area
• Troubleshooting: Analysis and resolution of technical faults directly at the customer's site
• Customer support: Technical advice and support for our customers with questions about systems, applications and products
• System optimization: Ensuring high system availability and identifying optimization potential
• Documentation: Documentation of the service operations and technical measures carried out

Requirements

• This is what you bring with you – technology meets customer orientation
• Completed technical training, e.g. B. as an electronics engineer (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of the installation and maintenance of dosing technology or comparable technical systems and ideally of chemical cleaning agents and how they work
• Experience in technical service, customer service, or field sales
• Enjoy direct customer contact and have a strong service orientation
• Place of residence in the area of operation and willingness to carry out regular daily assignments with customers on site
• Willingness to travel including occasional overnight stays (up to 2 nights/week)
