Responsibilities

Your tasks at a glance

• Technical building management: You ensure the smooth operation of our technical building infrastructure and coordinate maintenance, testing and maintenance measures.
• Service provider management: You commission, coordinate and monitor external specialist companies and maintenance service providers and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and costs.
• Inspection and action management: You coordinate legally required inspections, track identified deficiencies and ensure the implementation of necessary measures.
• Fault management: You support the analysis of technical faults, coordinate resolution with internal and external partners and ensure sustainable follow-up.
• Documentation & Compliance: You document technical measures and contribute to compliance with legal, technical and internal requirements.
• Technical support: If necessary, you can take on smaller technical tasks yourself, while more extensive repairs are carried out by internal specialists or external service providers.

Requirements

• This is what you bring with you – organizational talent meets technical understanding
• Completed technical training, for example as an electronics technician (m/f/d), system mechanic SHK (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d), alternatively a comparable qualification
• (Initial) experience in technical facility management, building management or in the support of technical systems
• Basic understanding of technical building equipment as well as maintenance, testing and maintenance processes
• Organizational strength and joy in coordinating different contact persons (m/f/d)
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of digital documentation and office applications as well as good written and spoken German skills for secure communication in everyday work
