Sales trainee with target position as district manager (m/f/d) in the Würzburg, Nuremberg, Bamberg area

Role Summary

We are looking for you for the one-year trainee program with the target position of district manager (m/f/d) from November 1st, 2026. As a district manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for supporting our customers in your customer district (e.g. in food retail, restaurants or shoe retailers) and advise them on our sustainability vision as an ambassador (m/f/d). During the trainee program, you will be primarily deployed in the field in southern Germany. The area of operation extends across the federal states of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

Responsibilities

This is what you can expect from us

• You will learn about the success factors of sales in the consumer and professional markets
• For this purpose, you will work alternately in our sales companies for the first nine months of the program and, after an induction phase, you will be able to take on initial sales responsibility
• You will spend the last three months in the sales company that suits you best and will be prepared to take over your own customer areas
• Through further training measures (e.g. negotiation training, training on sustainability and our products), on-the-job training and development discussions, we prepare you optimally for your future position as a district manager (m/f/d).

Requirements

They don't see sustainability as just a fad and are happy to provide our customers with competent, solution-oriented advice. You also have the following qualifications:

• You have already completed vocational training (e.g. in trade, business, hotel or catering) or completed it before the start of the trainee program
• She is characterized by a high willingness to learn and perform. Others appreciate you for your reliability and independent way of working
• You also enjoy traveling by car and are willing to stay in a hotel several nights a week
