Role Summary

Your main missions will be as follows

• Support for customer requests recorded in our ERP
• Support for supervision alerts from the monitoring of our clients' infrastructures
• Respect of defined priorities and reminder deadlines
• Monitoring of the invoicing method in which the intervention will be accounted for according to the existing contractual terms
• Real-time writing of a Technical Intervention Report (CRIT) for each of the services performed and systematic reporting to impacted customers
• Planning of necessary interventions on site and reporting to the planning department
• Monitoring customer requests until they are completely resolved.

Requirements

• With a BAC + 2 education, you have at least 1 year of successful experience in a similar position.
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your empathy and your rigor.
• Your ability to listen and advise will make you the ideal candidate for this position.

Technical skills required

• Software environment: All versions of Windows client and server operating systems, Linux
• Exchange
• LAN and WAN network

Technical skills appreciated

• Backup environment (Veeam, Backup Exec)
• Virtualization Vmware / NetApp
• SonicWALL
